Our Claims Department is responsible for ensuring that all genuine and legitimate claims from our policies are honoured and settled accurately, promptly and professionally. As claims arise, our valuable policy owners and claimants matter most and we will ensure that they are able to submit his or her claim to us for processing without any hassle and inconveniences.

This column will serve to help our valuable policyholders in terms of enquiring and making a claim or who require information and assistance in times of needs. Here, it's about people, not just policies. It has been a commitment and a vow to serve our policyholders by providing them with all the necessary information and assistance from pre-claim to post-claim process. Our Claims Department consists of 2 units: Motor Claims and Non-Motor Claims handling various types of general claims with a work force totaling 104 personnel.
