How do I benefit from this plan?
The Etiqa Insurance Personal Protection Plan pays you or your loved ones cash for injury, disablement or death caused by accident. It also pays your medical expenses and other benefits as stated due to accident.

What does this plan protect me against?
It covers minor accidents such as sprained ankles to major ones suffered in a road collision, traveling, snatch theft and robbery. It will cover you 24-hours a day wherever you are in the world.

If I slip and hurt myself but it’s only a sprained ankle, can I make a claim?
Yes. We will reimburse your medical expenses as specified by the plan. We even cater to those who prefer traditional forms of treatment like sinseh and massage.

How much does it cost?
The Etiqa Insurance Personal Protection Plan is very affordable. It starts as low as RM180 per year to cover you for up to RM160,000! That’s only RM15 per month!

But what if I have other insurance?
The Etiqa Insurance Personal Protection Plan pays in addition to any other personal accident insurance you may have as it may not be enough for you and your family’s living expenses, especially in the event of a serious accident.

Will my premium increase year by year?
Not at all.

Are there any exclusions?
Just normal ones such as hazardous occupations or those who participate in professional high-risk sports. Do call us for more details.

How do I make a claim?
Simply call Etiqa Oneline at 1 300 13 8888 and our customer service consultants will help you. We’re open between 8.30am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
