Career Opportunity in Labuan

Among the conditions described within the Economic Substance regulations was the requirement for Labuan companies to employ full time employees to be situated in Labuan. We are therefore assisting our clients (Labuan companies) to fulfill the Economic Substance regulation by inviting local residents of Labuan with relevant experience and qualifications, to submit your interest for the positions described below:

List of Jobs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of Management Account report.
  • Analyse and prepare budget variance report on quarterly basis,
  • Carry out monthly bank reconciliation exercise.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payment to relevant party.
  • Monitor and follow up payment from creditors.
  • Verify payment documents/vouchers
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of the documents and correspondences relating to the Labuan Companies including electronic filing system.

QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:

Location :
  • Labuan
Age requirement :
  • From 23 to 35 years old
Education :
  • Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting or equivalent (professional qualification e.g ACCA, CIMA,MIA will be an advantage) 
Skills :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in accounting system
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Problem-solving and decision making abilities
  • Good work ethic and moral discipline. 
  • Committed to regular deadline
Experience :
  • Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years work experiences majoring in accounting
Basic Salary :
  • From RM2,200 to RM3,500 depending on qualification and experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Administration works which includes the following:
 
  • Official documents preparation
  • Handling general correspondence and communication

QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:

Location :
  • Labuan
Age requirement :
  • From 23 to 35 years old
Education :
  • Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent 
Skills :
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge to handle Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. 
Experience :
  • Not required as on the job training will be provided
  • Candidate with relevant experience will have an advantage.
Basic Salary :
  • From RM1,200 – RM2,500 per month depending on qualification and experience.
