Etiqa Oneline operates from 8.30am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and public holidays.
Complaints will normally require approximately 14 business days to be resolved from the date of receipt . If a complaint requires complex investigations or extensive research, you will be notified and timeframe will be extended. You will be kept informed of the status of your complaint from time to time.

Alternatively, you can also call Accident Assist Call Centre (AACC). It is a nationwide call centre for motor insurance/takaful claims assist. This is an insurance/takaful joint industry effort to assist the Malaysian motoring public. However, for Etiqa's policy holder, we encourage you to directly contact our claim assist centre.
