When the unexpected happens

If your car breaks down or you're in an accident, we're here to help.
- Stay calm and pull over safely to the roadside.
- Open the Etiqa+ app and notify the Etiqa Auto Assist Care team for immediate help.
- We can arrange towing, fuel delivery, tyre assistance, or a battery jump start.

If your car is damaged by extreme weather or a flash flood:
- Stay safe and leave the car where it is.
- When it's safe, take photos or a short video of the damage for your claim later.

If you're involved in an accident
- Check if anyone is injured.
- Move your car to a safe location, if it's safe to do so.
- Take photos or videos of the damage and the accident scene.
- Save your dashcam footage, if available.
- Exchange details with the other driver, if applicable.
- Report the accident on the Etiqa+ app. Our team will arrange help right away.
How to submit a claim?
Submitting a claim is easy

Step 1
Gather key details
Take photos of the damage. Note the location, time, and details of the other party.

Step 2
Make a police report (if required)
Usually required for accidents, theft or serious damage. This should be done within 24 hours.

Step 3
Contact us
Contact us through the Etiqa+ app. We will guide you on the next steps and documents needed.

Step 4
Drive your car to any of our panel workshops
If the damage is too serious to drive, we'll arrange a free towing service.

Step 5
We'll support you until it's resolved
Once you've submitted your claim, you can check how your repair is going anytime through the Etiqa+ app.
When can I sign up for my car insurance?
You can buy car protection up to 2 months before your policy expires , or right before you start driving your car on the road.
